Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trap Talk Podcast LLC at shop.traptalkpodcast.com. We appreciate your support and want you to be confident in your purchase.

All Sales Final

Because our merchandise is produced in limited runs, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if:

  • Tags have been removed

  • Items have been worn, washed, or altered

  • The product is not in its original condition

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at orders@traptalkpodcast.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return label.

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Certain restricted items (hazardous materials, flammable liquids, etc.)

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds (Approved Exceptions Only)

If a return is accepted due to damage, defect, or EU cancellation rights:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at orders@traptalkpodcast.com.
